Default Stats , Stats and More Stats

Looking for 2 scenarios if I may. I am looking for what is good and what is excellent when it comes to stats and buffs for a 65 MM:
    • So what buffs are usually cast for pve vs pvp
    • What should your health be total
    • What should your dex, Crit Power, endurence, Hit be
    • Armor

Again, just looking for something that is pretty good and the other build that would be exceptional.

    Hope this makes sense-

    > So what buffs are usually cast for pve vs pvp
All the ones you have, in both situations

    > What should your health be total
Comes naturally with gear. Don't prioritize endurance over dex.

    > What should your dex, Crit Power, endurence, Hit be
    CP around 2982
    Dex+End comes naturally
    Hit: 800 for experts, 1000 for t1 raids and raid rifts, 1200 for t2, 1400 for t3

    > Armor
    Comes naturally

That's very cute, especially since MM has more buffs than you can apply

The buffs you want are the following - and forbiddenlake is correct, you use the same ones in pvp and pve

    Predatory Instincts (from ranger)
    Ranged Combat Mastery
    Free Recoil
    Static Shock Munitions
    Silver Tip Munitions

    (directly taken from http://forums.riftgame.com/game-disc...man-guide.html)

The buff Vampiric Munitions looks nice, but it got nerfed in pvp, so it's not usually used in wfs.

I should also mention a few variations to the standard MM build that offer different buffs.

If you choose to use Riftstalker as one of your subsouls, just 4 points will get you the buff Planebound Resilience. This is great for pvp since it makes you less of a "glass cannon". It also comes with the benefit of a blink ability. I wouldn't necessarily use a Riftstalker subsoul in pve, because its a decrease in damage done.

Alternatively to Riftstalker, if you want a bit more dps, but still the endurance buff, you can go with Bard. At 4 points, you get Fanfare of Vigor - and again, I would use this for pvp only. Neither the Bard or Riftstalker buffs inhibit the casting of the 4 MM buffs (unlike the assassin poisons).
