Default Nightmare Tide Rogue Tank Gearing

So, I am at level 65 on my Rogue, and I need some help with a few things. First of all, my character runs Riftstalker for groups, so I am wondering which NTE can drop Rogue Tank weapons. (Please don't let it be Nightmare Coast!) Also, I'm wondering if there are any really fast ways to get Void Stones, since I need about 14k more for my Synergy Crystal. My third question is where to get Rogue Tank/DPS greater essences, and my last question is if Rogues can get the essence that procs an illusion with a bunch of extra damage, and if so, how to get it.

    http://fightingdragonswithtaylorswif.../rogue/tank/en (if working) or http://www.riftraidguides.com/loot_table.php
    Do weeklies
Same place you get other greaters (rifts especially DRRs, AH)
Yes, same way you get other greaters, but that's not a tank essence

When gearing up (from AH & crafting), before being expert ready - what stats to prioritize?
I read Guard & Endurance trump all - so dont even bother with block & dodge? Dex or Armor?
Are their stat ratios (like there is for DPS builds)?

    To get ready for experts:
    Hit to 800
End above 3600 (add endurance runes! Try for at least 110k HP)
End > Guard; block and dodge are irrelevant; armor comes naturally

    Default void stones

so you can also do the void stone dailies if you are really hard up for them. I assume you are under 1k hit so no daily raid rift for 750 but if you go to the following you can get 40 each so something like just under 4k a week if you do them all everyday

    atragarian well close 2 rifts
ghar station mem manugo and one more
    temple of ranri various

    margle palace bucket list
    gemini bluffs close 2 rifts
    ghar station rosh manugo

    tarken ascent close 2 rifts
ghar station tau manugo and one more
    port scuddra various
    octus monestary various

    tyrants forge various

zone events repeatable like 100 to 200 each, more if you help kill invasions and close rifts, and you can make that the weekly with 4 for another 2500. So this week you can get over 6k if you do nothing else. but doing the NMR weekly and the instant adventures will get you to 11k ish and if you can pull off a PVP or CQ weekly you will be very close to your goal and if you are patron its pretty certain.

So for comparing gear, does a ratio of 10:1 Endurance:Guard seem right?
I have near T1 DPS gear, which has a lot of endurance (but no guard).

So do I to replace a high endurance piece, with a low endurance piece with low (~60 guard).

Considering it takes ~235 guard to reduce incoming by 1%, I don't see much value in guard.

Guard is the best stat available to a tank. There's a reason most everybody says you should be prioritizing Guard above all else. Saying End > Guard is 100% false. Guard for tanks, right now, is best by a mile.

To add to this, get the minimum requirements for the other stats in order to queue for whatever you're doing, then guardguardguard.

    I appreciate the help.
I get that guard > all, however there must be a breaking point
At some point a point Endurance is worth more.
    ie:
    Have: 300 End
    Option a: 75 End, 10 Guard
    Option b: 150 End, 11 Guard

Do I stick with what i have, or take option a, or b?
If guard trumps all, then option b.
But 1 guard (0.004% damage reduction) isn't better than ~750hp.
There must be a ratio to help decide this.

The only time Guard is worse than End is if you're already at the hard-cap, 12%. While the hypothetical is nice, it just doesn't happen. There is no scenario where a piece of gear will have a drastically different End:Guard ratio favoring the End. Stat budgets on gear just don't allow it.
