    Default best sabo spec?

due to several changes to our specs:

1 how heat retention with points spent in it work:
2 ranger as sub soul buffed
    3 changes to mm tree....

what is the best current sabo spec for highest sustained aoe dps in raids?

and i assume ninjas guide is still actuate rotation and macro wise?

avoided learning proper sabo so far cause it wasn't used at any boss but hey why not learn it now

    1. You get stacks of HR by using charges and activator like FB or AB. since you arent using any finishers to remove those stacks you get a permanant increase in overall dmg.
    2.see number 3
    3.see conclusion

    conclusion

54 sab 22 nb or 22 sin(for lethal) is still the best soul combination and you can use any third soul you want

rotation and macrowise you can still stick to my old guide for min/maxing but the one button sab mostly does the same dmg. only use my guide if you are looking for a bit of change

54 Saboteur, 11 Ranger, 11 Marksman might be better than 54 Saboteur, 22 Assassin, 0 Marksman, you would need to do testing to account for poison damage.
However 54 Saboteur, 22 Nightblade, 0 Assassin is better than both.

    Edit:
After some short testing 54 Saboteur, 11 Ranger, 11 Marksman might be ahead of 54 Saboteur, 22 Nightblade, 0 Assassin would need others to confirm.
Though they are very close on the parse about a 2k difference, the assassin version was just terrible losing about 20k dps.

Nightblade saw some mechanical changes a few months back after you became a born again mage. Heat Retention and Internal Heat are no longer consumed by finishers, and points spent in Heat Retention now affect the damage bonus-per-stack rather than the percent chance of gaining a stack; so it was a nerf to HR for any sub 3/3 builds.

Even with the changes though it would appear the NB variant is still superior to say 11/11 Ranger/MM as the 5% extra critical chance isn't quite enough to overcome the lower tooltips.

EDIT: quickly tested this on PTS as I was already there, but just realized I was using the T2 set which has very low CP. Will test again in my live gear which is right up against the softcap.

well the sole reason 22 sin was ever considerated after the NB rework long ago, is that it gave the raid the possibility of a somewhat aoe-5% critchance debuff..

since the NT content does not need this hence champion does this more accurate we should focus on comparing 22NB or 11RNG/11MM..

also i dont know what other changes were possibly made to charge-dmg type etc in sab and additive/multiplicative boni from different sub-souls i am curious to see what infos you can get from the PTS
