It wasn't in the patch notes, but was parsing 61 MM to check the difference. Good news is that damage has gone up, though just a tiny bit (2%).
Bad news is when I moused over Eradicate, and saw that the cool down was 7 sec. Fired it, and sure enough it took 7 seconds to cool down.
I was happy with MM having bad damage with great utility, and now it has still bad damage with less utility.
With the improved interrupt from Ranger, sounds like there's barely any use for MM raids now.
