In this forum, there is a full Rogue class guide. Rift is a game that requires some study, reading of forums and testing of builds. It is not WOW, or any other game where you just load the "BEST SPEC", setup a single button macro and win.

The complexity of RIft is why many of us are still playing the game years later. The best spec depends on what fight, what boss, what mechanics and what role you are playing in the raid/group. It also depends on your personal skill level - some builds are quite difficult to impossible for some.

Therefore your original question shows that rather then get involved in the game, you are hoping someone else will do all the work for you - not something rift players are ever going to respect.

Its a great game, read up on it, try things, learn and join us

    Cheers

Boss is 20m or less from you : nb/sin

Boss is greater than 20m : probably 61 ranger

Aw, Da*n, McTwistie had the guide all laid out perfectly.

Why'd you have to have to post spoilers, Ballistica & Archemys ?

As others have already said it is a complicated game and there is no easy answer to such a vague question.

Gery's Ranger spec is a great one to use and Ranger is one of the easier specs to be good at.
Do not try to use the 61 point specs for leveling, most of the time the configurations used for leveling will not be good at lvl 60 and vice versa.

If you want to melee NB/SIN is the way to go and it is higher DPS than Ranger

Bard is great for 20-man raids, but only one is needed

MM has limited use, but sometimes the utility is needed
RS builds make for some gfreat Tanks
Sab spec makes for a lot of fun and huge numbers in the few situations where it is useful
    Tactician has a flamethrower!

Rogues are very good! have fun.
