Default Stealth always getting popped in PVP

I'm currently running an Assassin Rogue with points in RS and MM; and in stealth I have the following macro for 'Jagged Strike':

    #show jagged strike
    suppressmacrofailures
    cast expose weakness
    cast anathema
    cast poison malice
    cast jagged strike

So normally I'm spamming this on my targeted enemy. However, recently whenever I'm within ranged attack range, my auto attacks pop me out of stealth!

This is extremely annoying as I'm not able to cast Jagged Strike and severely limits my dps. This doesn't happen when I'm attacking random mobs in Telera though, and it doesn't happen if I do it to Player's pets (I tried!).

Is there any reason for this and is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Anathema breaks stealth, no surprises. Put if in your spam macro w/ backstab and savage strike.
