I leveled up mainly as bladedancer and riftstalker. 15 in rs then everything else in bd can't post build as on my phone.

This is by far the best solo spec there is! If you don't have the Tact soul, you can put 4 points in Bard to raise your Endurance.

    NB/RS

There isn't one. Rogue is apparently the hardest to level spec. People claim that NB/RS is a good spec, however you'll find that it's extremely inconsistent. Sin is a better choice many, many times, and even then Rogue fails because at solo leveling because it can't burst down targets like other classes (with actual healing options) can.

You'll see many, many builds have Tactician as a sub soup because Rogue has next to no sustain outside of two passives from tac/rs (unless you count some deep Sin/BD/Bard abilities.)

Bd early on is not the best just because your uptime isnt 100% til 50 i believe. Rs and tac are good subspecs for helping sustain. Sin get leeching poison to help sustain. MM to have around for pvp and dungeons. Riftstalker is a must leveling for instant dungeon que.

Tactician With RS and Bard Sub Souls. Easily the easiest for leveling.
Not great ST dps, but ul be mass pulling with ease anyhoo.

8 in RS and 8 in Bard. (8th point I bobbed in resist buff, your mileage may vary), then spend Tactician points however best you see fit to increase your DPS.

Both Muspel's BD/RS http://forums.riftgame.com/game-disc...rm-legion.html and Granpa's NB/RS http://forums.riftgame.com/game-disc...ling-spec.html are excellent solo/levelling builds (+4 points in Tactician in each for Curative engine).

I find BD to be the most potent but it's also very high maintainance and doesn't really come alive until level 50. Still the sheer awesome of Hundred Blades/Dancing Steel combined with Blade and Soul Parity never fails to make me smile.

I also use a customized version of NB/RS and drop Planar Refuge for Living Flame for some AoE, again though this only works at the highish levels.

As a general rule though grab Curative Engine from 4 Tact and Boosted Recovery from 8 RS and play with the rest as you please. Almost anything will work all right.
