    Default BiS List - Tank and DPS

    Since no one has posted this yet, i decided to do it myself.

    Rogue BiS List 2.3

    I'll try to keep this up to date but I'm pretty sure these will be up on Rift Scene soon enough.

    (I used the weights from Rift Scene and have added values to some of the procs which are based on a 100% up time

    The DPS list is for the 61MM/10NB/5Sin, i may add other specs later but this will give you a general idea.)

    Don't use that tank BiS list. It's profoundly flawed.

    End: 100
    Dext: 0
    Str: 0
    Deflect: 0
    Dodge: 0
    Parry: 0

    In Muspel's world, there aren't stat weights because stat weights don't make sense for tanks except when comparing stats that fill the same need. Avoidance and effective health fill different needs, therefore you can't weight them against each other in any way that makes sense.

    It's "increase your threat until you stop losing threat", then "increase your effective health until you stop dying to burst", then "reduce the overall damage you take until you stop dying to attrition".

    It's impossible for anything to break that priority, unless one of the steps is so impossible that there's no way you could ever fulfill or improve it in any way. (For instance, if every boss attack in the game hit for a billion damage, there would be no point to stacking endurance, because it would never help you to survive longer-- everything would be a one-shot. Or if every mob in the game ignored their aggro tables completely, then anything that boosted threat would be pointless.)

    ive been wanting to see a bis list for the new stuff, but using the weights rogues have already figured out.. not riftscene
