Is there any available in other trees? I always end up with a -30% speed debuff on me and cant catch a damn thing.

Or is mid level PVP just bad for Assassins?

/nb is just a fantastic sub for Assassin overall honestly; Twilight Force and high damage. Also Fiery Spike if you don't have another ranged attack in build.

technically 0 in MM and you shouldn't need a snare between run CD and swift shots 15% speedup

Hmm the highest dps 61assassin build I tested was 10mm/5nb for raid dps, probably wouldn't be a serious loss to change that to 9/6 if you didn't want to dedicate a build to PVP a little easier. Still get the runspeed plus the twilight snare. Also you have other tools like a charge every 8 sec, foul play, blinding powder etc. Make them blow their break free, cleanse, and other CD's.

I don't PVP with assassin too often, and don't have room for a PVP centric build. So I use my raid build. Whenever I get into a baddie warfront I just say F it and change to assassin and sneak around to stab and kill people who have wandered away from the pack.
