What's The Best Non-Pet Ranged Rogue Build?

So I've been messing around with different builds but don't believe I've found the best ranged rogue build without a pet. Anyone feel like sharing? I saw a stream with rogues pulling close to 12k without a pet so believe there's something out there I haven't found yet.

I would imagine it's a 61MM build of some kind. I know the MM/Ranger hybrid is losing popularity because the pet keeps dying.

I don't think the difference is gear or rotation, so wondering what spec was used.

I'm assuming that you mean single target? In that case, has to be a 61 MM. Even the Rng/MM hybrid (http://forums.riftgame.com/rift-gene...2mm-34rgr.html) has the blood raptor.

I (Mitsurugi) am playing DmgTactician and spamming Healing Torrent during the Add Phase.

Yea, I have read in a few threads this build seems to be pulling ahead in raids out of the non-pet ranged specs. I have seen little on any "rotation debate" beyond the standard though. Planning to build it and try it out.
