    Default Newbi leveling builds.

Anyone have any leveling builds for us folks starting Rift again and starting at lvl 1. Would rather have a melee build then a range build. Thanks for any insight.

Put 4 points in Tactitian, 8 points in Riftstalker, and then put everything else in the soul of your choice. Bladedancer is the most common choice.

Personally I find a strong bard/mm/ranger build never hurt. Ranger will give you your tanking pig, bard (leveled up until cadence heals) will give your pet survivability as well as dealing damage. MM boosts channeled attack power.

I start rogues fairly often. Level them to mid 40's for guild gathering quests and delete. I use a ranger/mm build. The stock build works well enough at low levels. After you get the greater pig, start focusing mm.

[Seven Sisters] Guera, 70/100 Eth Rogue; Perlita, 70/100 Kelari Magician; Gitana 70 Eth Drugs/Outfits/Rings
Carmelita 70/100 Eth Rogue Guns/Armor/Runes; Preciosa 70/76 Eth Magician; Chula 70/100 Kelari Rogue Survival
