the twilight transdesence is going off of your base health. endurance from items and souls dont count towards it. i think they do this because rs is the most common soul with nb that people could just switch to guardian phase before hitting it to get an extra 1500 heal. dont know if its a bug or not but someone from the dev team should reply to this response.

Retreat is somewhat hit and miss, sometimes it throws you backwards as intended, other times it will throw you in odd directions, I've had it before now throw me forward right smack into the middle of the opposing team, other times it will throw me sideways.
Also reported Sometimes between snares/CC does less than full distance, when jumping from elevation and use retreat go full distance and then hit a "invisible wall" mid air causing drop to floor and falling damage due to height when used.
Strafe sometimes stops when mobs/bosses are in full los, usualy where they've changed elivation quickly (ie in air, drops to ground and strafe stops), using strafe while a chloro has wild growth active, you become immune to the heal from wild growth. The damage boost seemed to be fine though.

All RS teleports (Assault etc) When locking into a new target and using a targeted port immediately, you sometimes get ported to the previous target. Also things with large hit boxes (raid bosses etc) get teleported into middle of hitbox leaving rogue open to additional attacks from bosses.

Rapid Setup delay from using one charge to applying the other 4 charges
When at or near max range charge travel time can cause detonate to effect four charges while the 5th is in flight.
Damage coefficient changes from Ranged weapon to melee weapon if in melee range, Stacking on boss mechanics lower your dps.

Finishers on immune mobs consume CPs but do not grant the other finisher effects. Guarded Steel and hasted shot both suffer from this.
Predatory Soulstone bug: if shadowfire doesnt do any damage on the mob (ie: the mob is dead before it hits), it does proc the shadowfire buff but not the greater essence buff.
Energy Regeneration: Our energy regeneration seems to be lower than what's required .
(On 12th june my rift sub ends, someone will need to take over updating this thread, when 1.9 launches on live servers, new rogue bug list will need to be done then, just use the above format

Twilight Transcendence heals for 50% of base HP, which is derived from your base stats and equipment stats, and doesn't include any buffs/debuffs/talents that modifies your base HP.
Rift Guard drops when you activate Rift Guard while your are in Guardian Phase and then switch out of Guardian Phase. It is intended to behave this way because the bonus from Improved Rift Guard is only applied when Rift Guard is activated while in Guardian Phase.
We currently do not have a way to modify the bonus from an existing Rift Guard effect when switching out of Guardian Phase.
I was tanking today and noticed that people have easier time ripping aggro off me...when I used to tank same dungeons and 10 mans and none of that used to happen.
When is our energy regen going to get looked at?

Its not the UI that defines your pet's buffs as "not yours". The UI is working as intended but the game classifies buffs/debuffs as "yours" and "not yours". This puts your pets buffs/debuffs in a grey line being your pet an extension of you but not literally "you". This matter might be subject to opinion/interpretation but it is mine at least, that they should be grouped for tracking purposes.

When having a spec that contains a ranged soul (mm or rng even at 0 points) FB, CB and AB will make a distinction of travel time depending on the ranged weapon type equipped. With a bow, all 3 bombs have an animation and travel time of ~2 secs vs no animation and a travel time of only 0-.5 secs with a gun equipped.
Never thought bombs would be slower if using a bow to trow them over using your hands. Also, I wouldnt shoot a granadeout of my gun even if that promised to be faster.

Sometimes when rapid setup is used and a charge is placed on a mob. I am able to detonate that first charge before the other 4 are applied. This charge consumes the rapid setup buff even though it did not work correctly. Please look into the delay between when charges are applied via rapid setup.
