    Default MM 2PC HK Crystal Suggestion

    2PC: Reduces the cast time of Empowered Shot to 0. Using Markman finisher's will have a 20% chance per combo point of resetting the cool-down of Empowered Shot.

    ? thats how it works already, CD 0 and cast time 0 after every 5 pt mm finisher

    only difference is the first ES is instant.

    2PC: Reduces the cast time of Empowered Shot to 0. Using Markman finisher's will have a 20% chance per combo point of reducing the next cast time ability to 0 and resets the cool down on Empowered Shot.

    Would be a better suggestion

    4Pc: Reduces the cast time of Empowered Shot to 0. Using Markman finisher's will have a 20% chance per combo point of resetting the cool-down of Empowered Shot. AND remove cast time on deadeye shot

    They would only make that change if they intended to increase MM ST DPS. Which I don't think they do. Deadeye hits hard and works with Bullseye.
