Don't see the problem? 5CP rotations are zzz in bloodstalker.
Just need to be careful with energy

    'careful' lol.

Keep doing that 3gcd thing, we'll keep doing 5cp, and out parsing you.

I used to do 3 GCD FBs then switched to 5 CP FBs and didnt noticed much of a diff in damage, just easier to play. But after they fix SB in 1.7 i dont think 5 CP FBs will be better.

I swapped over to 5 a few weeks ago, 3 should be better when EW is fixed.
When I say careful I mean during VoJ, after energy pot, when you dont have 2cp gens up.

There was a group of people advocating doing a Final Blow every 3 global cooldowns regardless of how many Combo Points you had up (3, 4 or 5) and another group that runs 5 combo point Final Blows.

I personally run 5 CP FB's every time since even with a tablet and fervor I get energy starved (I play on really high latency so not sure if that factors) and the added cost to energy from a 3CP FB vs. 5CP FB was not worth it.

With the Serrated Blades/EW fix we'll all be running something slightly different though ;)

For people with good connections and good comps who don't have a lot of lag 5 CP's is better currently, but the more laggy you are the more you will gain from quicker FB's. At least this is what i have found. On nights when i have less lag i see more DPS out of 5CP's, and on nights when my comp is being gay, 3 CP FB's are higher for me.

But yes once 1.7 comes out faster FB's should be more dps.

    ah, ok...

I usually do 5 but will hit one at 4 depending on the situation like the final seconds of the idols on the first boss of ROTP.

Yo guys i have another question, not about the 3-5 gcd, just saw it was BS post

Jagged strike is it really that much of an dps improvement, if your putting point in extra poison dmg instead of slip away will that not do the extra dmg that jagged will?

That is the highest DPS Bloodstalker build i have been able to come up with. You can move points from ISS to IFB if you want but i like the fact that you end up with nearly every SS being a crit, which also causes a fresh SB tick every time. The Jagged Strike build is less DPS.

Don't waste the 3 points in poison potency, it wont give you as much DPS as you think (this may change with 1.7 and new poison changes but i don't think so)

Maybe you guys know what the h i'm doing wrong while bloodstalking.
Starting the fight with porting in and jagging keep 5cp anhi and impale. Finising with 3to5 cp depending on how long impale will last.
Assassin HK4, oceans fury mainhand and the rotp sword offhand.
1013ap 1022crit. Just spec buffs. No raid no foodbuffs.
(Spec from above and slipaway spec)
Dpsing on murdantix about 2,6-2,8k and sicaron 3,1-3.2k
While dpsing with 51/14/1 marksman 2,9+k and 3,4-3,5

Maybe its something basic i missunderstand

Amount of PA farmed? Re-equipping your first melee weapon before pull to ensure PA is working?

Uptime on boss a.k.a are you falling off and mashing Swift Shot?

Is your bard doing there job and not letting you get energy starved?
