Funny Builds You Have Used

Since we are a lot more knowledgeable about our class now (I hope), share some stories about the builds you used to run, and think were pro.

A lot of the talents have changed, but i am absolutely sure i had Dancing Steel, Perma-Stealth, enough points in bard to cadence like a mad man to keep myself alive, and so many wasted points it would make me cry now. Of course, when i hit 50, the three souls i started with were the only ones i had too.... The first time i saw someone change roles i was like.... ummm, wtf did you just do?

I had the above build til I was 50....ran Sozus Build until I discovered sabdancer D:

/sigh - thought I was bad *** too..... until i found all those elites in SS...... and until I tried it in pvp.........

I remember trying to PVP using Hoko spec zzz

Before we even had DD, I was using BD.

It was, like, 32 BD 17 Sin 17 NB I believe. I miss the increased auto attack damage..

Once DD got put in, I ran a build like this instead of sabdancer:

Did better ST, but had a horrible rotation, paled in AoE compared to Dancer, and was horrible at target switching. Basically, I hated sabdancer.

Lol I was similar, my build wasn't to terrible though

I was Bard/Sab would just mez an NPC stack charges, det and mez again. I had BD in it just because I thought "Blade Dancer" sounded badass.

I remember my old old old guildie back in the day talking about Solo'ing elites using that method...and I never bothered.

I still use it to solo the elites/rare mobs in EI when there isn't enough kiting room/it's a caster.



Also, I used it back in the day to get a bunch of shard firsts in meridian. The "raid" NPCs in town can be CC'd.

Yeah I did all the saga death quests alone up to like lvl 40 with that method lol

I still only have 4 HAHA. All for PvPing alone. just joined a PvP guild though, hoping they dont want me to run anything specific. I have a situational spec for anything I run into by myself lmao.

The funniest is 38 sin 21 inf (7 wherever)
Find a blue bar and go to town on his mana bar =D
