    While tanking I always have it either at my feet for cc breaking & vortex or in a LoS spot or somewhere adds will spawn etc... always using it. Not to mention it can make for a clean *** grouped up pull.

    I love Flashback, its great for running T2's quickly. "you guys stand here, be quiet, and ill be back in a second with the next 5 pulls." Inevitably someone follows you out, but i enjoy killing stupid people as much as i enjoy killing mobs. I pretty much always have my memory capture down when i am tanking for one reason or another. It is one of my favorite abilities in the game.

    Not that I bard, but it can be useful for a 32-32+2 pvp Bard/RS build. You're tough as a rock to begin with and when they're finally getting you down, you leave them
