    Default Latest PTS Patch, a few changes.

    New Residual Shrapnel:Blast charge deals 35% of the damage over 6 seconds, Shrap 50% over 6 seconds.

    MM Crystal change 2 Piece: 20% chance per combo point from MM finishers to make the next Empowered shot instant.

    Bombs:200% Attack Power

    Shadow Guard changed :Whenever you use Phantom Blow now, not passive 20 sec duration (12% in 7k armor)

    The MM crystal looks pretty sweet now 100% chance with 5cp.

    I think the bomb change is in the right direction now just make it so it gains cp's.

    Forgot to say the MM 2 piece is Empowered shot reset + instant per MM finisher

    Bombs will continue to be useless when they don't contribute to finishers or build CPs.

    Saboteur is the least synergetic (Is that a word?) soul in the game.

    I was tossing some bombs on dummies and they were hitting for 400-500 damage except annihilation which is around 1k.

    frag bomb 900 crit
    annhi bomb 1100 crit
    chemical ticks 8 times for 110 crit = 880

    with best ros/gs-equip in 44sabo/20sin/2rs for max bomb dmg
    not worth it since same as bladedancercombobuilder with DD and no cp-gain


    instant emp shot will be nice, since mm has now too much energy with fervor up and so we can spend it.
    about 400 crit dmg more than average combobuilder on ranged and an additional CP which is worth about 400 dmg calculated in faster rotations. so about 100-200 dps gain i would assume

    it ticks for 8s and is the same energy cost as a charge, so unless 1 shrapnel charge can tick for 3200, fragmentation bomb is usefull

    Yep. I've got like 1000ish AP. Not a build optimizing most AP, but still they don't hit hard. And there is no way to put them in a rotation.

    bombs really have to be on no gcd to be even close to useful. Or have them build combo points like someone said.

    I had already planned on going with This post 1.5 release. I had it (ann bomb) for a while before and loved it for AoE encounters.

    with the changes to energy regen, and now the 200% attack power on the bomb itself, I don't see any reason *not* to have it.

    Even though it's currently the main soul for the one and only raiding specc, saboteur is about how broken a soul can get.
    The only reason why it's so good with deadly dance is cause it boosts a full set of charges, not 1 combobuilder as for every other soul.
    Another thing; out of all the abilities you only use 4 (yeah, I'm actually counting incriminate). The other ones are just there on your bars looking pretty.

    And don't get me started on how terrible the scaling on saboteur is.
    One of the main reasons warriors are so much better dps then rogues is because they scale really really well. Rogues can basically have a good mainhand weapon and run around naked and not even see that much difference in dps.

    They should've never taken away the original charge booster; but then again, with the horrible scaling on saboteur it might not even cut it to be a good soul again without deadly dance.

    Edit: I just hope trion doesn't think that saboteur is pretty fine atm because everyone is playing it...

    when you're waiting for the last tick of spike charge to go off a single bomb is useful
