any build is fine with daggers just a lot of the time you can find better stats with other weapons just depends.. Abyssal Hatchet is one of the best pre raid weapons you can get very easily. But if you want daggers get a pair of crafted deathbringers although mats are pretty pricey for these. Then you are pretty much stuck with those until you raid or hit R6 pvp

Warfronts need segregation of the Tiers. 1-5 and 6-8 or pre-50 pvp will be the most enjoyable PVP in the game.

Weapon types have no direct impact in this game really. Everything is based mainly on weapon DPS.

yeah I know kinda stinks. I guess for aesthetics I could simply always use daggers but something about the rogue class in this game is just lacking UMPH

You know how in WoW when you backstab or get that hit from behind it just feels right, in this game its like

"MEH thud hey another combo point yay"

Weapon type will matter more with incoming AA point additions in 1.5 from what I understand.

Weapon type means jackcrap, and I like it that way personally. I prefer swords, then again I'm less a "sneak up behind you" rogue and more a fast swordsman "sweep in and kiss the girl" Errol Flynn type.

You can do either, without being forced into speccing one way or another (like in bloody WoW)

    Wrong.

Weapon types have no direct impact on ranged or sabdancer builds.

It matters now if you're meleeing.

It will matter even more in 1.5 if you're meleeing.

I typically just use the weapon with more DPS, even if it's a bit slower. That said, I think I would prefer daggers as well though only because it seems to match the class better... My current rogue looks a bit off with a big sword and axe combo but the stats are the reason I have them frankly speaking. Overall, it's not too big of an issue since I am using mostly ranged attacks to begin with.

Hopefully a good dagger will drop sooner than later either way! ;)

Most people are going to have to run without daggers at least for some period of time. The first dps dagger in HK doesn't drop until Garau, which means you'll probably be rocking the Murd sword and/or the Matron axe for a while.

I'll have to agree with that on at least a low level perspective. I am only level 20 on my Rogue and my Warrior is level 25 and never seem to see much in way of useful daggers dropping. Oh well, might eventually check the AH but would prefer not to spend money to get one. ;)

I want to tank with Daggers, but I only know of 2 daggers in-game that actually have tank-like stats.

    Please?
