    Default Rogue changes 16th Sep

    Riftstalker
    * NEW TALENT - 22 point root - Your basic interrupt, no silence on it, 8s cooldown, 20m range.
    * NEW TALENT - 46 point root - "Physical Wellness" - Increases the maximum health of party and raid members by 1500 for 20 seconds. 90 seconds cooldown.
    * Taunt is now off global cooldown.

    Bladedancer
    * Contra Tempo - Now "Increases the bonus damage from attack power of your Quick Strike and Precision Strike by 5/10%. This bonus is increased by 12% for each point spent in bladedancer above 31".

    Marksman
    * Rendering Munitions is now a 28 point talent.
    * Barbed Shot is now back as a 16 point talent.
    * Hit and Run is now passive. Has a new affect, tooltip is bugged. More info soon.

    Assassin
    * Debilitating poison is now a mana/energy/power drain instead of debuff. (5 energy/power or 5% mana per proc).


    Raid Tier 1 Synergy Crystals
    * Currently they only have a 4pc bonus, which is the same as the 2pc bonus from HK. Might be WIP.

    Marksman:
    * Rapid Fire Shot is now 20s cooldown instead of 30s.
    * The passive instead of Hit and Run seems to be "Decreases energy cost of ranged abilities by 10%" (yes this includes Ranger).

    I'm not sure if this is a buff or a nerf, or both? Buff for high BD and nerf for low BD?

    I like the assassin poison as a drain instead of a debuff.

    Riftstalker:
    * Defer death is now "When stuck with a killing blow within 30 seconds, the rogues get an absorbs shield that absorbs all damage up to 50% of the Rogue's max health, for 15 seconds."

    wow... they just bent over marksman. That removes its burst ability.

    As MM u can't get low an energy in a raid now, ever. Hit'n'Run + synergy is enough.
    Could be changed any day again tho.

    As 51 BD precision and quick with deadly dance hit as high as a finisher, pretty decent.

    Eh, not sure I like losing our burst soul... and definitely dont like this pushing us further into playing sin for pvp.

    And major change with teh skill that reduced cooldown of on the double and hit'n'run.
    Now affects all MM-abilites.
    14sec on RFS.
    42sec on Strafe.
    Pretty nice.

    @Adnoz
    The new DPS could be as high as the old burst, i'm not really sure we are losing any burst at all. (at least not that much) but DPS went up a lot for MMs.

    This just ruins MM for pvp. I really hope they don't go through with it.

    They cut MM damage while moving vs old pedestal (umm k? it was crap damage before the change) and then they remove what little burst ability we had? Seriously how do they expect this soul to function in pvp?

    Riftstalker:
    * Shadow Guard (the new Physical Mitigation thingy): Now activates on Phantom Blow use, up for 20 seconds. Seems to be using buffed armor instead of base armor when calculating.

    Well hopefully you get a new option in PvE and it only cost you your best PvP soul. Like someone mentioned this should make all of the melee rogues happy. Now they wont have to worry about the fact that they are playing a less effective rouge build.

    rending munitions change was a huge nerf, contra tempo was a huge nerf. 51bd will never be viable, 51mm is no longer viable for pve.

    have a good day, hope 1.5 goes live before they take away more goodies. nightdancer is dead and sozu is hurting (150dps decrease from lack of rending munitions).

    So now MM is useless for both PvE/P? Damn. Was looking forward to 1.5.
