    Default Riftstalker keybinds and macros

I'm working on gearing my rogue up as a tank. There are SO many riftstalker skills, but I don't want to get into the habit of clicking on lesser-used skills. I wanted to see what higher-end rogue tanks do.

    For macros, I was thinking:
    (AOE)
Reprisal, Rift Disturbance, Shadow Blitz, Twin Strike
    (Single)
    Reprisal, Planar Strike

Hmm, does planar switch have a gcd, that could be added maybe.

Maybe a few shift modifiers: Memory capture for example.

I'm kind of a control-freak though. The aoe macro makes me nervous. :P

Anyway, what are your macros and keybinds? Maybe it's time to pick up a G13.

Macro Reprisal to all my attacks, add a cute saying to my Oh sh** buttons, combine shadow assault and stalk, and click the rest.

I keybind target aggro and click appropriate skills.

My AOE macro is a little shorter - just Rift Disturbance and Twin Strike. I found I really preferred having Shadow Blitz on its own button so it doesn't get used unnecessarily and wind up on CD when I really want it. I see no need to put Reprisal in the AOE since it's already in my single-target macro, so if it procs I can just move my finger one button over to use it.

My single-target macro is Reprisal, Quick Strike, Keen Strike. I mix this in with Phantom Blow and occasionally Planar Strike, so it increases my dps a bit without really impairing my ability to hold aggro.

I have a Zboard, which puts 11 out of 12 hotbar slots in easy reach of one hand, so I put my main attacks and finishers on 1-11, taunt, shields, and teleports on ctrl-1-11, and potions and long-term buffs I just click.

Here are the only two Macros I use for Riftstalker.

    #show Rift Guard
    suppressmacrofailures
    stopcasting
    cast [shift] Guarded Steel
    cast [ctrl] False Blade
    cast Rift Guard

    #show Phantom Blow
    suppressmacrofailures
    stopcasting
    cast Reprisal
    cast [shift] Phantom Blow
    cast Planar Strike

I basically only have them to condense how many buttons I have and how far I need to move my hand. I run 51 RS/7 RNG/ 8 BD. I dont use twinstrike as it doesnt add much extra threat aside from what you get from Guardian Phase. I dont have any skills actually in a cast sequence aside from Reprisal. I find cast sequence macros tend to screw you sometimes when you quickly want to use a certain skill in the middle of combat.

I also moved Reprisal off of all but my spam macro because I found it delayed getting off a last second finisher sometimes to the point my Rift Guard would drop on some fights (like being in a crystal/coocoon in AP/DD, or being stunned).

I have my two thumb buttons on my mouse set up the same as keys 1 and 2. 3 is instigate, 4 Rift disturbance, 5 shadow blitz, 6 shadow assault, 7 planar attraction, 8 quick shot.

I dont use planar switch too often, but it is on my second bar above the first along side my damage reduction abilities and memory capture/flashback. They dont get used nearly as much and I just click them.

Not saying it is the best setup ever but it works very well for me.
