Default Why don't Rogues get a sprint spell or run buff?

I am playing a Ranger/Marksman which is supposed to be a hit and run character. However, this tactic is nearly impossible without a sprint spell or run buff.

Even with a crippling shot (snare), my 15% run instinct, and a 30% run speed finisher, I am still unable to escape an enemy using the hit and run tactic.

My rogue is extremely gimped without being faster than a mage.

    What a flaw!!!

    On the double?

    Sprint?

    Shadow Shift?

The real question is why the average guy playing a rogue is a complete moron.

    Is this for PvE?
In that case pull out the Razorbeat (or Greater version) and you'll never have to run again.

Huntards migrated over here it seems.
Look at your post, now back to mine, now back to your post, now back to mine. Sadly, it isn't mine, but if you stopped being nonconstructive and dumb and started posting about something that makes sense, it could look like it's mine. Look down, back up, where are you? You're on a page with the post your post could look like. Anything is possible when you post like me, and not like an idiot. I'm on a forum.
