    Default Rogue tanks

Ok, I kept hearing that rogues could tank so I decided to give it a shot. Level 19 and I have yet to find a healer that can get us through RotF without us wiping half a dozen times. I have no problems holding aggro, aoe or otherwise, it just seems like the healers can't keep up with the amount of damage I take.
    What am I doing wrong?

Here is my current build. http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=1MpcN.xht0u0z.x0z
    1. I've been starting off pulls with Shadow Stalk
    2. Phantom Blow x3
    3. Guarded Steel
    4. Phantom Blow x1, Planar Strike x4
    5. Rift Guard

After that I just work on keeping guarded steel and rift guard up, with an occasional rift disturbance thrown in for aoe threat.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Use that
Use rift guard as soon as you have 3CP then do guarded steel.
    Rift guard more important.

Always get Rift Guard up first. Its the main skill that keeps us alive

Exceptional Resilience > Great Fortitude. Flat dmg reduction vs. more health. Also, Blade Dancer with 0 points gives you access to Side Steps, a 15 second 50% increase to dodge on a 2 minute cd.

    Rift guard more important.

this is what i used. and rift guard is only more important ithan guarded steel if you dont have rift barrier up after plane shifting.

    EDIT: im pretty sure anyways

side steps is huge use it constantly
    you need + end gear

you should be saving a second tanking set of gear with endurance on it prioritized over everything else. if you have the hp you will be able to tank

after shifting, u have time to get a 5cp guard up.
    then 3-5cp steel.
    then 5cp guard
then 5cp false blade if u have it
then rotate cooldowns of false and steel, keeping guard up.
just be sure to leave cp's on a target before it dies to get life back and help the healer
on a side note though, ive been seeing tanks of other callings taking more spike damage. so its not just u.
