Default If you're looking for leveling builds, here's two of the best for 1-35

If you want to level from 1-35 fast and easily, spec either ranger/nightblade/assassin or bard/nightblade/ranger. Being ranged and having a pet you may continuously heal whether by rejuvenation or by a nightblade enhanced cadence is simple, safe, and incredibly fast.

I used the ranger spec until my mid 20's where I added the bard spec for grouping and a change of pace. I found this Bard spec to be extremely effective solo and even though it took a few seconds longer to kill each mob than my ranger build, it was undoubtedly the stronger of the two when fighting 3 or more monsters.

    Bd/nb/rgr:

    Level 10 http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0MicN.V.Vc
    Level 18 http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0MicN.Vhx.qczo
    Level 26 http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0MicN.Vhx.qczomq
    Level 34 http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0MicN.Vhx.qczomqsksz

This build is just about enhancing cadence and the DD finishers for lazy, uneventful, and yet still effective leveling. If you don't want to push more than 2-4 buttons or meticulously manage any given situation, then this build is for you.

    Rgr/nb/sin:

    Level 10 http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0MiNM.c.xMc
    Level 18 http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0MiNM.V0o.xMcf0c
    Level 26 http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0MiNM.V0h.xMc****oo
    Level 34 http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=0M...xM.xMc****okVz

Between the passive damage increases, pet damage increases, hellfire/poison procs, bleeds, and a armor debuff, this build provides more overall ranged damage than Marksman or Saboteur with the added benefits of a much stronger pet and simpler rotation. If any number of monsters simply can't die fast enough, this is for you.

As for 35+, I recommend making the switch to Bladedancer/Riftstalker. It takes some practice and a little tenacity but the results are more than worth the extra effort. For how this build works I'll refer you to the thread where I first learned of it.

Well, guys. I hope this was helpful.

Pet stops leveling at 29? or 28, one of the two unless you have the greater razorbeast at 26 points, so.. yea, you have to

also the two builds have the **** in them (errr.. the explictive starting with F), the forum autocensors words like that, so just take the four **** in the link and type the f word in there, it'll show up fine.

Would it then be worth using the ranger build for 30-34? And thanks for explaining the link thing... lol pretty epic url.

The starter Ranger pet caps out at 30. It's still useful for a few more levels after that, but by 32-33 it started having threat management issues for me.

I'd suggest that at 32 you'll want to consider respec'ing deeper into Ranger for the advanced pet, or into a petless build with Riftstalker and/or Bladedancer.
