Fresh PvE Rogue Build

I was reading so many threads with many suggests.

Im Assassin at the moment, and my dps is pretty horrible. My friend Nightblade using the same gear as me, can dps almost the double on T1/T2 dungeons. I have more attack power and more critical than him, but he still dpsing more than me.

So im looking for a good fresh Nightblade build, for a max DPS for T1/T2 dungeons.

The Nightblade as a lot of reactives and when doubled up with some of the assassin reactives it leads to some pretty decent spikes in dps. There is also some points that are based on the the Hellfire Blades buff so need to use it and not the assassin ones.
