    Default warlock armor and rogues

    this thing...i think it does more damage than the mage itself.
    my auto-attacks are fast and deals less damage than the warlock armor deals to me.
    also each "spell" attack of me trigger this...

    im getting 100 damage per second just from this O.o

    what can i do?

    you cannot do anything about it. there are certain mobs in t2 that kill me unless i'm being spamhealed. or i can just sitback and let the others handle him as they do big hits but not as many.

    an internal cd on that buff would solve the issue but hey why make it easyer for melee huh ?

    I agree.
    Warlock armor damage should be normalized with your weapon speed. I use a spec Bard/Sab to solo elites (mez + charges), now every charge hit me 6 times for ludicrous damage when I detonate on a elite mob with warlock armor.

    probably cooldown on the effect of this ability will be great.
    afk warlocks can down my hp to 40% O.o

    Yeah it seems to be more effective against melee rogues than anything else. I think its just something you have to deal with.

    An internal CD would be the obvious way to change it. The question you have to ask is if this abillity is really so good it needs to be nerfed.

    thats only in a couple of seconds

    basicly i run around, while detaunted, killing myself, while the necrolock run around in circles healing himself

    it also hits when you hit with your offhand, so thats twice in one hit, and on autoattacks that hurts them less then the armor does to you

    and if you have scourge of darkness up, it will proc every time on that aswell

    Thats BS that it hits you while you are detuanted. The armor was probably healing the warlock for more than your AA was hitting it for.

    Default just got wtfpwnd by warlock armor 10 mins ago

    I didn't believe it was that bad till I experienced it tonight.

    Saw a mage pwn one of my mates so stealthed up (I'm 51 pt sin/15 bladedancer), even got the expose weakness + opener, pvp circling around him, 3 bleeds laid on, macro button facerolled into the keyboard with serpent strike, reprisal, quick strike, puncture etc etc, foul play stun, massive health pot, fully epic'd .. got all the goodies going.

    but each hit I made against him did 72 dmg to me from his warlock armor, and not surprisingly I was dead after with him still at 1/2 health.

    Going back through the combat log his dots only hit me for 2K or so, but the warlock armor was belting me back with every attack.

    I'm not crying nerf, but perhaps assassins could have a 'Master of the Shadows' ability or something that negates death dmg for 15 seconds?

    the thing that is mainly wrong with it is this ->

    it goes off on everything.

    a hit
    a special hit
    an application of a debuf that is going to damage them (serrated blades and such)
    poisons


    only thing it doesn't seem to proc on is the bleed dmg itself.

    so basicly every time you crit you get double dmg from it (as serrated blades goes of)

    2 things could fix it. drops the applications stuff like poisons and serrated blades and such.
    second is internal cd.
