    Default Ranger/Bladedancer/Sin Ranged Crit/Phys build

    Thoughts?

at 41 I have 30% crit chance, but this is what the build would look like at level 50.

For PVE you use greater razor and for pvp you use greater dire wolf.

Prey on the Weak adds a really nice buff as does Bestial Fury, and these buffs last 60 seconds and easily retick.

Blade Finesse oddly enough syncs well with Doubleshot.

Expose Weakness works with your ranger bleeds.

Combat Efficiency and Combat Culmination plus Feral Instincts jack up the crit rate as well.

If someone gets up close and personal you can use MAIM to slow them down and then back away to punch quick and piercing shot or you can utilize your crit rate and throw down with Keen, Precision and Deadly. Which works with your Serrated Blades.

Run something somewhat similar with marksman in place of Ranger.

BD points up to 15% Dex.

'Sin points up to 2nd poison.

    Rest in MM.

I think I just threw up a little in my mouth.

I'm sorry; that was in no way intend as a personal attack. That was a reflexive reaction to the proposed spec.

I tried out many MM builds yesterday, and I can't for the life of me imagine how something as described could possibly be decent for DPS. The point of BD would be to pick up Combat Efficiency and possible Blade Tempo. At least half the point of Sin would be to pick up the 10% damage bonus and 20% crit bonus damage. Seems like you're taking an already questionable spec and then missing half of the useful parts.

To the OP, I've been running 31 Ranger/19 Assassin/16 Nightblade for DPS, and you know, it does alright for a ranged spec. I sit around 34% crit self-buffed, plus 5% from the poison on targets. DPS goes down quite a bit when you don't/can't have the pet around, so I'm still looking around for a more consistent option (thus playing around with MM builds); I haven't found one yet.

    I must agree.

Also. I run a Sin/BD spec with 0 points in MM just to use haste shot for speed from a distance. Works quite well for those kiters

Is there any decent build that does not include BOTH 17 points into Assassin AND 10-13 into NB? Our buff talents are too spread to have a decent range spec and I hope they fix it.
