i havent done experts yet, but i am confident on leaning towards yes on all except cadence.

cadence is a 50/50 for me at this stage

The greater essences do proc of cadence, quite often actually. As for the trinket I'm not sure, i have also seen the healing essence proc off of the healing motif only once

A melee cleric i run with has the trinket and it procs for his passive self heals while in shaman/justicar, so i would assume so

Yes, i am a bard and i have the trinket, it does proc with cadence and it procs with the greater as well, you get around 400 hots with it to each member.

I also have the trinket and use it on my Bard. I can verify that it does work on Cadence, Coda of Restoration, and Verse of Vitality. The limits on it though is that it can only affect 1 person at a time, it CAN proc on overhealing, and it does not have an internal cooldown. The only problem I have with this trinket is that it usually procs on people that have full health already. =(
