Hi everyone. I normally play a healer, and I have a great one started, but I'd like to make an alt who is essentially a desert Dervish type of character. I'm not very experienced with rogue type characters, so I am hoping for some advice. Here's the build I've been considering:

Can I get some advice on what I might need to change, what order I should build things for soloing, and also if this build would be viable with dual-wielding scimitars Again, I'm not Rogue-savvy, so I'd appreciate any help that you guys can provide. Thank you!
