Default Weapon speed for a bladedancer?

Does fast or slow matter? or just dps?

I'd like to know this also, and does it matter which weapon goes in which hand? Higher DPS/Speed in main hand or off hand etc.

Based on the descriptions of the abilities, I'd think you'd want slow/slow since you do a lot of offhand/both hand attacks. I am by no means an expert, just doing some educated guessing. ;)

So its more accurate to say BD is looking for a high max dmg on a weapon above anything else?

for most rogue melee u do fast speed for poison applies

with bladedancer its different, even if you take assn or nb offspecs for poisons slow/slow is still best for bladedancer

the reason being is that u cycle between atks that use mainhand and offhand dmg

slow / slow is also better for bladedancer due to strike back (on dodge hit back with both weps)

stick with swords, axes or maces, dagger will drag your dmg down

    Thanks Hyu!

My weaponsmith crafted swords will do the trick, then.
