Should Silent Footstep decrease the stealth CD?

I think 10 sec CD for re-stealth is a lot at least playing as an sin. I can kill almost any mob in less than 5 sec, so I need to wait 5 sec to re-stealth and kill another mob. I know I could kill another in that time but is not fun and it is not like a "sin" should plays his/her role.

So, the solution I found is decrease the CD of stealth if you expend points in Silent Footstep.

1) Normally "?" means question.
2) I would like to know what other sins think about this. I am not telling, I am asking based on what I see.
3) I am killing mobs in 5 sec and I have another 5 death sec waiting. Only because I like to start a fight from stealth since I am a rogue not a warrior.

In summary I think rogues "sins" at least should be able to re-stealth as soon as they can. I mean, If you don't have a dot on you, if you are not fighting I don't understand why we should wait to re-stealth.

Once again I am not deciding or designed, I am ASKING what do you think.

Besides it is a RPG, Sins are based in stealth, wait to, if you can do it, it is pointless to me...
And I don't think this little tweak can unbalance the game at all.
