Mystic (support) soul has redundant points

The uplift ability soul point increases party and raid member damage by 15%. In your soul tree, there are 2 points you can spend in “Surging Winds” which says “Uplift damage bonus increased to 10%” and then 15% for the second point. When I spend points in it, it lowers uplifts damage to 10%, according to my buff bar, though the tooltip still says 15%, and the second point returns it to 15%. That can’t be working as intended right?

You mean spending no points In Surging Winds has the same effect as 2 points?

Have you tried the effect so that it's not just a tooltip error?

(no synnegy crystal/ no omnox) (Dry Uplift with Forced Apathy (2 points somewhere else) spam vs Surging winds-Uplift with Forced Apathy spam) and see if it's ca. 5/10% apart?

It's only a tooltip error, base Uplift is 5% damage boost, and goes up to 10/15% when you put 1/2 point into Surging Winds.
Uplift's tooltip without any point into Surging Winds still show 15% boost, which is wrong.

I can confirm it’s just a tooltip error! Experimented and there was a noticeable increase in damage with each point spent.
