    Default Titan's Healing Reduction

Playing more on my primalist and having some fun with it, i noticed that Titan's tanking buff has quite insane healing reduction tied to it.

    Comparing it with other classes:
    • Justicar - 40% reduction on non-Justicar healing,
    • Arbiter - 20% reduction to healing,
    • Riftstalker - 30% reduction on non-Riftstalker healing,
    • Void Knight / Paladin - no reduction,
    • Titan - 80% reduction to non-Titan healing.

Sure each classes tanks are a bit different from eachother, but i'm really curious what was the reason for Titan to have such a drastic reduction to healing in it's tank buff? Especially comparing it to other classes.

It can't be the reason that they wouldn't need a healer then, or could solo tank dungeons like clerics, mages and rogues have been doing for a while now...
