Quick question about charge consumers

Hi all,

So I've heard from multiple sources that not all charge consuming abilities consume charge at the same rate (e.g. Static Flux vs. Internalize Charge). Is there any truth to this?

Yes, this is true. Power Drain and Empowered Darkness definitely drain charge faster.

This is correct. IC and SF do have different charge consumption rates, as does Entropic Veil for Chloromancer.

SF takes 4 seconds longer to drain a full charge bar than IC
