I'm looking for the basics to chloro healing. I know tank gets synthesis and you go from there. When I'm healing rifts there is a lot of spike damage and I don't think I can keep a tank alive since all my heals are based on dps. There are lots of people that do it so I am looking for a chloro 101 type answer. links to a thread if i over looked it would be fine.
Chloro really is something you prob want to start main healing @20 or so with. Burst can be tough to deal with sometimes, just use your instant heals for if they get burst.
Honestly I healed FC today (riftstalker tank) and it was boring. For the most part I was just hitting 2 (my main nuke) and healing him for 350 or so a pop. If he got burst I would just use my instant heal which crit for 1k. Could throw in my 6s CD nuke too that heals him for like 2k non crit.
