Dom/Lock/?? Build - Looking for critique

This is the build I've come up with at level 40 for dom/lock - not sure what to use as the 3rd soul at this stage. I haven't toyed a lot with Dom since beta (and then, not a great deal - kept going back to Chloro).

I'm looking for constructive feedback on the build:

* is there anything obvious I've missed (given my lack of experience with Dom, I'm guessing there is)
* is there anything I've taken which you would wait to take until closer to 50?
* is there a better soul synergy than lock for this build?

I want to use this build in PVP (and potentially for dungeons, though I'm not sure it has enough DPS output).

Maybe it's just me but I tried playing as Dom the past 2 days... It seems great on paper but in the end all it is really good for is mana drain tbh. All those loverly abilities that deal damage when a person does anything are pretty much nullified if the player is smart enough to stand still for a few seconds. The CD's are really what makes it really bad.

Instant Morph + No CD + Mana Drain = Great.... Everything else... not so much. I tried dueling countless people but could never beat them once they figured out the whole stand still and do nothing to avoid 90% of the damage done strategy.

It's focused around extremely potent mana draining, a for sure Mage/Cleric Killer, and a heavy debuffer, and though the DPS is mainly Neural Prod b/c most of the dmg spells are on 30 sec cds, the healing reduxs should help.

I'd say both Necro and Warlock are great pairs for Dom, as they all share a lot of Death Dmg Moves.

I also think perhaps stormcaller would work well with Dom, esp b/c of the Dom's amazing mana regen capabilities, I threw in Archon for Searing Vitality, just keep that up and you'll get an extra 50 endurance.
