I think skidrow's spec will do 5-6 million damage with current equipment. I don't have the mystic archer soul to test them but 61 Harbinger and Stormcaller/Pyro Hybrid make much less AoE damge than mystic archer.

[QUOTE=Skidrow;5325601]If you looking for AE spec for Basion of steel 2nd boss

Mystic Archer will be good choice

So the problem here is that the video linked in is not clear and can't see how to fill in the souls for the build, and no rotation is given. Just a video with your play show casing MA. Its nice, but something more explainative is needed. No other builds out there still for MA.

MA is not suitable for the current level 70 raids. The MA does too little single target damage and for the raids you don't need pure AOE damage, the adds die by passive cleave from rogue, warchanter, pyro or elementalist.

Another general note about AoE Specs in the current raids:

With the current expansion, pure AoE classes became unnecessary because almost all classes have specs with very powerful passive cleave. For fast kill times your goal should be to play your specs with the highest possible single target damage output. Usually the passive cleave from other classes or from firestorm (Pyro, Ele) is sufficient to kill the adds in a reasonable time. Specs with active cleave look pretty on the DPS meter but are usually useless because other players with passive cleave do less damage and the total raid damage decreases.
