firestorm and weird gcds in dps specs

i cant be the only one thats sick of having awkward gcds in my dps specs.

please normalize peircing beam and galvanic strike across specs.

and can we get a change to firestorm already. why is such a big debuff something that mobs and enemies can move away from? its beyond ridiculous, no other class has to put up with this bs. im sick of it and i want a change.


this has pretty much destroyed pyro for pvp.

change firestorm to work like living storm, a radiating aoe that goes on a mob not the ground.

Seriously. PvP should be more about control, not about dps bursts. And I'm talking about as a whole; not just giving you grief.

They ought to be ethereal abilities; afaik all dps specs have ethereal at 1s gcd.

Knowing Trion if Firestorm is changed at all from being a GTAE it will break the spell and Smolder -> Chain Reaction will cease to work at all. Because every week they show they can't even code their own game to do reasonable things.

Pyro went from 2s opener to 6s of buffs. Legendaries are a trash heap.

yeah its pretty terrible and we dont even get any pay off, war and cleric have better initial burst. not sure where the rest are are.

prebuffing to get 5 stacks of pyromancers fury
piercing beam(annoying gcd) [this should just be made a 1hour self buff]
legendary galvanic (annoying gcd)
firestorm
flame bolt

pyromancer is just way too bloated will this stuff. and where is the burst ?

at minimum fusilliade should cast cinder burst at end of cast not fulminate.

At least its not a 0-20m wave on a 3s channel that leaves a 3 stacking debuff that boosts damage by 25% per stack up to max of 75% damage boost for 6s and have to refresh it every 6s as a flagged AOE wave that can be dodged so you don't get the debuff and have to facetank at 20m and then aim the wave as it doesn't automatically hit who you are targetting and then deal with the fact that if there are more then 5 enemies it won't hit the person you want it to hit so you're down 75% damage the entire time while face tanking and then get knocked back stunned or interrupted and have no utility but a teleport or a root to save yourself --- while facetanking.
