BM can do a lot more than that but it is a more difficult spec to maximize. But the point is for a 10 second burst nothing is going to beat bard+BM+chloro.

the main problem with BM is in order to make it worth a raid spot they need to hit 61 BM since they have a lot of those pesky buffs one might find from a wow prot warrior which isnt found in any other class in this game (*snickers*). and the last 2.4 patch killed the synergy crystals and made BM dps extremely low compared to 2.3 where it was a feasible spec that had reliable dps...
Useful Rogue guides since I don't want to answer 50 billion questions anymore:
Marksman, Ranger, Nightblade, Blink'Blade, Asstalker, Assdancer, and finally The Hoko Spec™
Hoko, teaching noobs the way of rogue pve until 12/20/11.

48 or 54 BM is a viable way to provide what I mentioned above. The only buffs you lose are those the Pyrochon doesn't have either and there are few reasons you would need those buffs anymore since the changes to Pyro and Inq and the prevalence of instant-cast/channel heal specs.

IMO Command to Attack and Flaring Power should be 61 point buffs. But that's unlikely to change anytime soon.

Yes and during 2.3 you could do very good dps as a 48 or 54BM but with the crystal change neither are doing any good dps since you can only use BM abilities to get a bonus etc.. which is the problem i was mentining and why they might as well and often do go 61 now.

For IG Twins its worth noting that you may end up playing ranged if your set as one of the ranged players for life side.

Also if for whatever reason pyro isn't doing what you want it to (or if your finding yourself moving too much) check out necrolist it will do respectable numbers and give you more flexibility in movement/a easier rotation so you can worry about learning the mechanics.

best line ever! Clearly cloth/chain/leather is usable by all but plate is war only because they want to set warriors above the rest. WAR 4 LIFE!

.......you mean 61 Necro, right? Necrolist isn't a viable spec in 2.4 compared to other options.
