Lifebound Relic > Lost Favor > Token of Warding/Musical Tide > Sacred Heirloom of Eth > Spirit Wolf Totem

    Yes and no.

For heavy AOE heals I strongly prefer SHoE, and for heavy tank hits (like Matron sub 40%) ToW.
But I guess not everybody has the luxury to have three very good Chloro trinkets to choose from.

BTW... how's the new LR proc rate compared to LF. Is LR perma-up, too ?

Pretty much this. I'd say lifebound relic is the most general and therefore the most "reliable" in all scenarios. It is by far the best for SP alone (which means more healing of course).
I'd probably argue Token is pretty equal to Eth in terms of healing ability. Just damage prevented is just as powerful as damage healed. Providing the shield is used. Due to its low duration you might end up giving people shields they never use fairly often. Equally eth trinket doesn't smart heal...so it just wastes bounces to people who are fine. Regardless, running tideshard/deepone-tear/token is a pretty hilarious shield combo to use Although it is quite overkill.

Lifebound relic is 100% uptime for me.
