I have never had a problem with mana as a Chloro.
I am a lawyer in real life, but I try to roleplay an honorable character ;)

Are we talking PvP or PvE? Though in either instance a chloromancer shouldn't have any mana problems with just living shell.

You talk about mana regen yet you dont put 6 points into Lock for Sacrifice Life: Mana? yea that makes sense.

Just go straight into lock after 51 chloro... you get:

    More Charge
    10% chance to instant cast
    10% more hp
    Life Tap

Leaving the other soul with 0 points means:

You can get archmage for the break free in certain fights
You can go archon and use pillaging stones and searing vit for +int +hp

There is no point in going 51 Chloro / 11 archon, in a raid you won't use your auras anyway..

Honestly, it's rarely used, but Empathic Bond is a REALLY good mana regen spell, too. But yeah, I haven't found any need whatsoever of regenning mana mid combat. And using a GCD every 30 seconds may be more detrimental than helpful.

I would venture that with the tools Chloromancer gives you, you should be more than set for your mana pool. Living Shell is 60% every 2 minutes, as long as you don't get hit. And Empathic Bond, depending on the fight, can get you even more mana back.

Just my two cents. Spend them as you will.

The two builds are either warlock for opportunity, or dominator for the reflect and int. Last tree can either be element for crit or zero for archon for health and int or arch mage for break away
