Sigil: 5 epic lessers and necrotic rage.

Better chloro setup will have 2 bubble proc greaters, One drops from water raid rift, one from IPP merchant.

Max SP lessers will work best.

Why would you sacrifice those 2 spots when you could have 30 more int with sp and crit, and with necrotic rage proc since it procs double for chloros?

60 to 90 spellpower is not going to be better than procing a 600 point bubble on top of a 800 point bubble, not unless 1.4 drastically reduces how often these proc off LGV/LBV heals.

Well for one, you can't control who the shields proc on, your lbv could heal a dps who took a tiny bit of aoe damage and shield them and be a waste.

Personally i've just been using my dps sigil, necrotic rage and adorned shadeshard procs during VL spam are through the roof. Wonder how bad the 1.4 nerf will be.

Is this question related to PVP or PVE? Because the correct answer depends on the setting.

PvE tank healing - probably go with spellpower, the damage to healing conversion is much greater when you are healing the tank.

PVP-ae-raid healing - go with bubble procs.

Depends on PvE, and thats what I have been using because the bubbles are not accurate.

Yeah better off imho getting necrotic and the shadeshard because SP is better in ROS personally because a cleric who is tank healing can heal your tank with bubbles. chloros imo are supposed to output the most healing possible and that is from stacking lessers and the dps greaters.

Any other input? I may try the FDOT and Necrotic with 4 epic lessers I feel like that would be the best setup.

    Well..

In a pve setting, as chloro you will heal everywhere, and your bubbles will get on people even if they are at full health already. This stays up more than not and it even stacks with the one from alsbeth.

For tank healing, prolly not, but for raid upkeep, yes.
