Thanks for the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Trion.
We love our nifty new 32 button rotations.

I like it a lot more than a 1-3 button macro rotation. Yawn.
I have actually been leveling a Rogue and I have more "hand pains" when playing that then I do my Mage!
I find that spamming one or two buttons is much harder on the joints than doing an 18 ability Warlock rotation (since we are not actually spamming anything!)![]()

Same here, playing my warrior is harder on my hands than my necrolock is. The warrior is a riftblade which makes it especially tedious, since the finishers are off the GCD, so I'm only quickly tapping the second button before going straight back to the first one. The only one, I should say.
Not that I'm complaining really, I play my warrior so I can lean way back in my chair, kick my legs up, and sip my drink with one hand. My mage is for when I want to actually play the game. ;)
I have to admit, I click some abilities on my dom/choro/ele. I have to! Strangely though I am finding I can click it without missing a beat now. I know exactly where every button is...The more common stuff I have bound tho.

How in the world do you EVER have a rotation that requires more than 5-6 buttons?
An ability that you cast every once in a while does not count as it is normally a situational button that ALL classes have. I will give you that our rotations require more thought than other classes rotations but they are by no means hard to do. The only spec that is anywhere near difficult is the building storm spec and only because it requires precise timing.
