ignition bug?

while working on some builds i noticed that ignition is not reducing cast time for fireball... anyone else coming across this?

would someone mind confirming this for me? i'm not showing any reduction for ignition in actual fire cast times. thx

Fireball's normal cast time is 2.5 seconds; with ignition it's 2.0

0.80 * 2.5 = 2.0

They must have changed the cast time for Fireball. It used to be 2 seconds, and ignition lowered the cast time to 1.6. In the tree, it shows it as 2.0s cast time without ignition and 1.6s cast time with ignition. But even when it shows 1.6s cast on the tree, it would show 2.0s cast time on the taskbar.

it's a tool tip bug on the talent allocation menu... says 2 sec cast time. reality is 2.5 when it's on your bar... ah well.
