    That really depends on what kind of healing you want to do. PvP? PvE? Support heal? Check out the end game specs in my guide, link is in my sig.

    my bad im used to being a pally healer in WoW so i would have to say pve main healer for raiding

    What more resembles a pally healer in WoW is Sentinel as main with a mix of Purifier. Something like this:

    You can certainly remove some points in Purifier and focus more on Sentinel, perhaps even get the 51 point root talent.

    TBH it is still not really possible to give a for sure build since the game is in beta and thing are going to change by release. As a healer I was a druid healer in WoW and for Rift I think I will mainly spec warden for healing. Again I'd say wait till launch and just see what works best for you when the time comes. Really the idea behind Rift is to make things how you like them not how somebody else thinks you should make you, that is why there are so many options.
