Default Biggest problem of Cleric tanks

In very long fights they might run out of mana.... this is the ultimate weak point of a Cleric point compared to warrior tanks and the riftstalker tank.

Spam Precept of Purpose when you have excess convictions, also put 5 points into Commitment. That should help a lot, I am able to rebuild quite a lot of mana midfights.

While you bring up good points about parry, block and dodge your spec is absolutely abysmal for a tanking cleric. First, you took either Inquisitor or Cabalist souls, which require casting time. While tanking? All the interrupts are going to cost you crucial time that you can spend building aggro using your instant melee attacks. Second, your Precept of Purpose gives you mana back only for melee attacks so wasting points in a caster souls is counterproductive. Third, you spread too many points around the three trees, that made your character weak. Invest more points into Justicar soul, at least take Precept of Valiance which is the BREAD AND BUTTER of the Justicar tank, thats you main aggro generator.

Fourth, you dont have any big hits because you spread around points. Get the Sovereign Hammer ability in the Justicar tree and Massive Blow in the Saman soul, combine them with Precept of Valiance for some large aggro buildup. You don't even have Even Justice, which is Justicar's main multi mob tanking ability. Overall you had some good observations about much needed STR boost to the class, but your personal experience beyond those observations is very skewed since you did not have a proper Justicar tank.
