    Just wondering, can someone please explain this in greater detail?

    Not a real big difference right now but what its trying to say is, if you use a small instant cast heal that you can spam divine favor heal will be reduced to a smaller heal than what the mastery says...Then again if you use a very large, two second cast heal,then divine favor will heal for closer too or maybe even more than what the mastery says it will. This is to stop people from spamming zero global CD spells and healing 3 people big time!!

    Divine Favor was wildly OP....hopefully this will balance the playing field a little.

    I remember one drunken night MT healing and have Divine Favor on the tank but stupidly had myself targeted, healing flare myself over and over again. It was fine the tank stayed alive quite well after I figured out he wasn't even targeted.
