    Default Defiler: Grim Euphoria

    How does Grim Euphoria modify Rage Blight and Grief Blight? Is it adding an additional 3% to say Rage Blight bringing its value up to 4% per stack or is it adding 3% of the 1% so it would increase damage done by what .03% ?

There isnít a mandate that Rogues do more damage than Warriors or that Mages be the best ranged damage in the game.     It modifies the existing blight by +1% per point. So, Rage blight is 1% base, now 4% - 5x stacks = 20% damage modifier. The healing blight (name) is 2% base, now 5% - 5x stack = 25% healing modifier.
