Default Best Build for Solo Expert Healing?

Hey guys, I'm just getting into experts and would like to solo heal some bosses instead of having another heavy support, whats the best bet for that?

Personally I find 61Sent/15Puri/0Ward to be the best.

61 sent is what I have been using as well in guild groups and pugs. For pugs I often still ask for support if the tank is squishy or the dps stands in bad to long. Guild groups I never use support.

There isn't any one end-all build that's best. as not all fights are the same.

If you are looking for something thats versatile/flexible and doesn't require switching builds, a common route is to take one of the strong single target souls (Purifier, Sentinel, Defiler), invest 40ish-61 points in it, and plug the remainder into Warden for improved AoE heals. However a build that covers most of your bases is not going to be "best" at any one particular thing.

While you will see arguments for each, I think Sentinel would be the most popular, as it also has an AoE cleanse and a grab-bag of panic buttons, as well as a mana regen tool that neither debuffs your total health or causes you to take more damage.

Warden isn't necessarily needed as a sub-soul: deep Sent has its own aoe tools (like what Albrech posted), though somewhat weaker. Puri could possibly do without as well if you can anticipate incoming damage enough to take use of the mechanics of its shields, and just spot heal the rest.

If you haven't healed experts before, I would say start with 61 Sent / 15 Warden and adjust points to your liking after healing a couple dungeons.
Experience debt is merely a gauge to show how much Awesome I'm generating.

I only need support for Valthundr (3rd boss in Exodus) because his AOE/dispel/still beating on tank is just crazy. Can solo heal through every other boss as long as group is correctly doing the strat. Running 40defiler/27Sent/8Puri.

61p Sent is awsome, it throw out pretty hight HPS numbers, when needed. You got so many neat *oh s...* abillities.

Also the 39-40p Defiler/21p sen(for AoE cleanse) + rest in Sent or puri, is a pretty good healing build.
If you crit on FG+LR, you can throw out up to 18-20k heals every 3s(2xGCD's) depending on your gear and stats ofcause
It's a little different to play, but very much viable to do the job in expert dungeons.

I alter between the two builds, mainly because it's fun
