Default Thoughts on this tank build variation using Cab

Recently I was tinkering around with a low level warrior tank, but came back to my 50 cleric tank last night. As I was running an expert I thought it would be nice to have some of the warrior like abilities from reaver (i.e. the DoTs that affect up to 5 mobs).

Going from that I just threw this together and am looking forward to giving it a try tonight (http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=00...sqesdqR.qzV.-6).

Basically I sacrifice the added protection that I could get from the purifier tree and the perks of the Inq tree for the ability to have some more AOE damage, most importantly tyranny every 30 sec, plus the ability to pull using Shadow's Touch ("ST"). I figure I would start with ST>Tyranny>BoR>DoL>EJ a few times>PR, etc. If I find that I am starving convictions I could just use Tyranny after normal start-up every so often to ensure aggro.

    Thoughts?

I don't see the point in this build besides the Dark Harbor ability. Our damage would be reduced on the damage put out of Cabalist due to Mien of Leadership, and it would hit for even less due to a naturally lower SP rating. We don't have problems with AoE threat anymore, since all you need to do is Bolt of Radiance -> Doctrine of Loyalty for the first pull.

If you're looking for the highest threat build, I believe it would be this:
    http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=00...qesdqR.E00b.-6

If you're looking for the highest mitigation, I believe it would be this:
    http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=00...RsqesdqR.Vg.-6

If you're looking for the second best mitigation, with a bit higher HP than the highest mitigation:
    http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=00...qesdqR.Vxoo.-6

First build I linked has the highest threat because of the extra umph to heals you're going to get. The Spell Power, and two healing increases will increase Doctrine of Loyalty output, while I'm not sure if it will increase Reparation or not. The second build will net you the highest total mitigation. With extra points into Wisdom for Parry and Block, and a tiny boost in armor, and a shield you can put up before fights; it also comes with a self-cleanse. The third build is my personal favorite. With a purge and the highest HP, this one comes just below the highest mitigation by less than 400 effective health. It also comes with an extra way to gain back mana in case you're fighting something with only magic attacks, and also Sanction Heretic which is a decent Conviction builder.

So overall, you can go with your build for the slight boost in magic defense, but it's not the best for threat since our threat comes from our overheals and not so much damage.
