    Default Reparation

Is Reparation (the Justicar ability) considered an "AoE Heal"? Is there a synergy benefit from the Sentinel's branch abilities such as Light Efficiency, Embolden, or Protect the Flock?

nope, it is not considered an aoe nor single target heal. It is a proc effect that is dependent solely on the amount of damage done.

though I do believe it will proc Protect the Flock, but I could be wrong, been a long time since I even spec'd senticar.

Of course, there's no good way to get to Protect the Flock without wasting points lower down in the Sentinel tree...

    Thanks anyways.

What about something simple like Benediction (increases effectiveness of heals)?

    Wasting points? What wasted points.

    PTF is 15 points in.

    5x Watchful gaze = 5% SP bump
    5x Benediction = 5% heal effectiveness bump
5x Walk in the light = 20% heal crit bonus bump

Now granted it depends what your trying to accomplish with regards to your spec....

Again no effect on Reparation or Salvation. As I said earlier no talent that increases healing will ever effect these abilities. This is because the amount healed is directly related to the amount of damage done (a specific % of the damage done actually, different for justicar and non-justicar abilities). So the best way to maximize the healing from these abilities is to maximize your dps.
